Steve Krebs is a real world fitness expert who specializes in fat loss and athlete performance. He has helped thousands of people incinerate tens of thousands of pounds of unwanted body fat.

Steve is an International Best Selling Author for his contribution to the New York Times Best Seller “Total Body Breakthroughs”. Next Level Athletic Performance Boot Camps have been voted top ten private owned fitness facilities in the United States.

Steve has gone from fat kid to fitness expert. At one point he was almost 300 pounds, unhealthy, unhappy, and lacking confidence. His journey to a healthy body and lifestyle is what sparked his passion for helping others achieve the body and life of their dreams.

Steve has also trained over 50 high school athletes to full college scholarships including prestigious Universities as Syracuse, North Carolina, Pitt, William & Mary, Army, and many more.

Educational Background:

Steve Krebs graduated SUNY Cortland in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science in Health Science. He is a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), certified in Kettlebells through Kettlebell Athletics, International Youth Conditioning Specialist Level I through the International Youth Conditioning Association (IYCA), CrossFit Level I certified, and National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) -CPT/PES. Steve has been in the fitness industry for over 10 years, and has been recognized as one of the top fitness experts in the country.

Steve can now be seen on NBC every week teaching the fitness tip of the week, and has his own monthly column in the Utica Observer Dispatch.
